Inside a moving car, a man in the driver's seat, wearing an orange shirt and a green cap, repeatedly reaches over and pulls the shoulder strap of the seatbelt on the boy in the passenger seat, who is also wearing an orange shirt. The boy initially resists, holding the strap, but the man continues to pull it, causing the boy to eventually lose his balance and fall sideways out of the seat, while the man laughs. The scene takes place in a car with a visible suburban neighborhood in the background.
