An older man with a white beard sits and speaks into a microphone, while a small inset video in the corner cycles through animated images of a red lung, a red heart, and a red apple. The main subject is the man speaking, and the action is the continuous loop of the animated organs and fruit in the inset. The setting appears to be an indoor room with a patterned wall and a decorative headboard behind him.
