A man in blue scrubs stands beside a woman in a leopard-print bikini who is inverted, hanging by her feet from a wall-mounted apparatus. He places his hands on her abdomen and lower back, adjusting her position and demonstrating a technique while looking at the camera. The setting is a medical or therapy office with anatomical charts on the wall.
