Hands shape a ball of dough filled with a green and red mixture, then seal it into a round loaf, which is later flattened into a disc with a radial pattern and baked into a golden-brown, fan-shaped flatbread. The process takes place on a metal surface with other decorated dough balls and toppings visible.
