An elderly woman stands beside a bed where an elderly man is sleeping, then she picks up a green, leafy object and holds it to her nose, appearing to smell it, before the man suddenly sits up, startling her. The scene takes place in a bedroom with a wooden bed and a simple, light-colored background.
