Russian answer

A green military tank with crew members on top moves slowly across a dry, hilly landscape under a clear blue sky, while a person in the foreground films it with a camera. The scene abruptly cuts to a homemade snow cannon in a snowy yard, which ignites and emits a large plume of white smoke and flame, followed by a view of the snow-covered yard and trees.
