Double Strike

Two women enter a room through a doorway, walking side-by-side toward a man who is standing with his back to the camera, holding a white sheet. As they approach, the camera focuses on their faces, showing them looking forward with neutral expressions, then one woman briefly touches her neck. The text "double strike" is displayed at the top of the screen.
