a black screen displaying Russian text that translates to "When at work they banned maternity leave," followed by a cut to a studio setting where a man with a beard and a red shirt sits at a desk, holding a can and speaking. The scene then widens to show a man in a dark jacket standing and gesturing towards the seated individuals at a curved, illuminated desk, with a woman also seated at the desk.
