A man in a brown uniform stands on a platform, then raises his arm in a salute, followed by a crowd of soldiers in uniform also saluting, and finally the man in the brown uniform extends his arm forward in a commanding gesture. The scene takes place outdoors at a large gathering with microphones and flags, under a clear sky.
