A large, light-haired woman in a green top stands behind a smaller, dark-skinned woman in a pink top, holding a toothbrush to her own mouth while the smaller woman holds a mug; the larger woman's head is positioned above the smaller woman's head, creating a visual illusion of a head on shoulders, and the scene remains static throughout the loop.
