The neighbor downstairs…

A red digital display showing "5:44" appears in a dark environment, then fades out, leaving the screen completely black. After a brief pause, a faint red light reappears in the upper right corner, followed by a brief blue light in the lower left, before both lights fade and the screen returns to black.
