A child in a dark jacket and red hat sits at the top of a blue spiral slide, then slides down headfirst, losing balance and tumbling onto the blue safety surface at the bottom. The child lies on their back on the ground, having fallen from the slide, with a red toy lying nearby. The scene takes place on a playground with orange railings and a red slide in the background.
