Moldovans

A man in a dark shirt and pants stands with his arms crossed in front of a weathered, peeling wall, next to a pile of black bags, remaining motionless throughout the loop. The setting appears to be an outdoor area with a rough, debris-strewn ground and a metal grate visible above the wall.
