Just Billy

A bald man in a black suit dances in the center of a wooden floor, moving his arms and legs in a rhythmic, energetic style while a line of children in colorful dresses stands behind him watching. The man steps side to side, raises his arms, and bends his knees in a continuous dance motion, with the children remaining mostly still in the background.
