An older man in a black and red jacket and a cap stands on a paved path in a park, repeatedly pulling his ears outward with both hands while making exaggerated facial expressions, including an open mouth and wide eyes, as people walk in the background. The scene cuts to a shirtless man running on a dirt path in a rural area with wooden houses and a blue fence.
