Metropolis...

A large, futuristic train-like vehicle moves through a city, with passengers visible inside and on an open deck, while a smaller boat with people on board travels alongside the vehicle on a waterway. The scene transitions from a high-angle view of the vehicle's front to a side view of it traveling along a track, with the city skyline in the background.
