Several people ride bumper cars on a covered, paved amusement park ride area, steering their vehicles and colliding with each other in a continuous loop. The riders, including a man in a white shirt and a man in a checkered shirt, maneuver their cars around the enclosed space, bumping into others and occasionally spinning, while the background shows other carnival attractions and parked vehicles.
