Russia drift

Three men are in a hallway with tiled floors and white walls; one man in a dark suit sits on a rolling office chair, another man in a dark suit pulls him by the arm, and a third man in a white t-shirt stands in the background near a doorway, watching and occasionally gesturing. The man on the chair slides across the floor as the man pulling him moves forward, then the man pulling him stops and the man on the chair slides back, repeating the motion in a continuous loop.
