Bad design

A wheelchair user attempts to enter a bathroom through an inward-swinging door, which blocks the path and prevents access due to the limited space, illustrating a poor design. The scene then transitions to a top-down view of a video game where a character moves through a kitchen and is attacked by an enemy in a hallway.
