A female gymnast in a maroon and black leotard performs a routine on the uneven bars, swinging between the high and low bars with controlled movements, while another gymnast in a red leotard completes a long jump into a sand pit, landing on her hands and knees. The scenes alternate between the gymnast on the uneven bars in a large indoor arena with spectators and the athlete in the red leotard executing the jump on a blue track with a sand pit, both performing under bright lights with event branding visible.
