Whatcha film?

A red and yellow parrot puppet stands on a sandy surface, flapping its green wings and opening its beak as if singing, while a monkey puppet and an elephant puppet observe it. A long-necked puppet enters from the right, leans in to listen, then moves out of frame, causing the parrot to turn and react before the scene resets.
