to a female accomplice

Two men stand on a waterfront promenade, one in a black beanie and puffer jacket, the other in a red beanie and coat, as they exchange a yellow object. The man in the black beanie takes the object, looks at it, and speaks, while the man in the red beanie watches and smiles. The scene repeats in a loop, with the background showing a frozen body of water and modern buildings under a grey sky.
