Without any explanation:

A black monkey stands in a concrete enclosure, repeatedly lifting its right leg and then its left leg in a rhythmic, dance-like motion. The monkey shifts its weight from side to side, moving its legs in a pattern that resembles a simple dance step. The setting appears to be an outdoor animal enclosure with a stone or concrete floor and a low wall in the background.
