Broomcopter

A man drives a small motorized cart down a paved road, with large brooms attached to the sides and rear that sweep the pavement as the cart moves forward. The cart travels along the road, with the brooms sweeping the surface and occasionally kicking up debris, while other vehicles pass in the opposite direction.
