Who's faster?

A black and white dog stands at an open doorway, then runs outside as a man in a white t-shirt runs after it, exiting a gray car parked outside. The man, wearing a t-shirt with a "Follow My Star" graphic, gets out of the car and runs toward the dog, which is running away from the house.
