Slap it

A person with short dark hair, wearing a patterned long-sleeved shirt and white leggings, stands with their back to the camera on a green mat in a room with patterned wallpaper. They repeatedly perform a squatting motion, lowering their hips and spreading their legs wide apart while keeping their arms extended to the sides, then returning to a standing position. A black and grey sofa is behind them, and a blue door is to the left.
