Sad Moscow

A nighttime scene of a river or canal with buildings and trees decorated with strings of white and blue lights, their reflections shimmering on the water's surface, as the camera moves slightly to reveal more of the illuminated waterfront. The scene briefly cuts to a close-up of a small, light-colored object, possibly a piece of cloth or a small animal, caught on a vertical metal pole.
