Description: a view from a moving vehicle, with the camera panning across a blurry urban landscape of old apartment buildings and a storefront with Cyrillic lettering, as the motion creates a streaked, distorted effect. The scene is viewed through a window, with the background shifting rapidly and the image becoming increasingly abstract and out of focus.
