Two men sit in chairs outdoors, one in a yellow cycling jersey adjusting his cap and sunglasses, the other in a black jacket with arms crossed, while a group of young men surround them in a low-angle shot. The scene alternates between the two men sitting and the group surrounding the man in yellow, who appears to be speaking or singing.
