Deputy

A man in a pinstripe suit stands beside a seated person in a blue hooded sweatshirt, holding a thin black object that appears to be a wand, while a woman in a white shirt stands in the background; the seated person turns their head toward the man as a glowing white ring appears above their head, followed by a bright flash of light.
