Twine Twine

A woman in a black leotard performs a handstand on a yoga mat in a grassy park, holding a split with her legs extended horizontally, then transitions into a handstand with her legs bent and raised vertically, before lowering into a split on the mat. The setting is a grassy area with trees and a lake in the background.
