I tried doing the “Dharma Drop” exercise 🎵

A person stands behind a table with a colorful, stacked wooden Daruma doll toy, attempting to remove a small wooden mallet from the top of the stack without toppling it, while the text "挑戦中" appears in the upper right corner. The person repeatedly tries to pull the mallet out, causing the stack to wobble and eventually fall, with the person reacting by pulling their hands back.
