Butt drum

A woman lies on her back while a small, octopus-like creature with a round head and four limbs crawls across her body, moving from her lower back to her upper back and then to her head, where it appears to be pressing down. The creature has a determined expression and a Korean word "싱취.." (singu) appears next to it, while the woman's face shows a neutral, slightly annoyed expression. The scene is set against a plain white background.
