Farewell and rule

A black screen with white specks transitions to a stylized anime character with white hair and a scar, accompanied by Russian text. The scene shifts to a black and white manga panel with the text "НЕ ПОЙДУ," followed by a split image of two characters' profiles. The sequence continues with a character viewed from behind, sitting in a dark room with a chandelier above, and concludes with a figure in a dark outfit holding a long object over a smaller character, with the text "ПРОТИВ ЦАРЯ" displayed.
