Little dude

A woman in a red jacket repeatedly bends over and moves erratically in the center of a room while two other women observe; one sits in the foreground holding a child and papers, smiling, while the other stands in the background holding a tablet. The scene takes place in a room with wooden floors, rows of chairs, and a red fire extinguisher cabinet on the wall.
