That's based

An anime character with yellow hair and fox ears cooks an egg in a pan, adds potatoes and bacon, and then the text on screen changes to form the Russian phrase "ЕСЛИ КАРТОШКИ НИБУДЬ БУДЕТ БЕЛОРУССИИ," which translates to "If potatoes, something will be Belarus." The scene takes place in a kitchen with a stove and a bowl of food.
