A hand makes a peace sign in front of a large, distorted portrait of a man, then the camera pulls back to reveal a miniature figure holding scales of justice, standing atop a pile of smaller figures on a pedestal, with the man's face forming the backdrop. The scene expands to show the full composition, with the miniature figure and the crowd of smaller figures remaining static against the massive, shadowed face.
