fiasco

A man lies in a hospital bed, appearing to be in distress, as a figure in a dark hat and a glove with long, metallic blades reaches toward him. The scene cuts to a close-up of the gloved hand, then to the figure's scarred face, revealing him to be Freddy Krueger, who looms over the man in a dark, smoky environment.
