ICE CREAM

A man with curly hair and a bandana sits on a wicker chair outside a building with large windows, holding an ice cream cone and looking at the camera, then gestures with his hand while speaking. The scene cuts to a seagull perched on a ledge, its beak open as if squawking, with a city skyline in the background.
