Muscovites

A man in a camouflage jacket repeatedly appears in a looping animation, superimposed over a stylized map of Russia with the label "Москва," as he moves his mouth and head in a rhythmic, synchronized manner. The scene then cuts to a static night view of a modern city skyline with illuminated skyscrapers, a river, and a full moon.
