A bloodied man with a scarred face is suspended by his arms, his expression shifting from pain to a grimace as he struggles against his restraints. The scene cuts to a close-up of a grotesque, alien creature with a green, pulsating organ, followed by a view of a metallic, open container holding four rectangular, dark objects, which are then shown being manipulated by a clawed, mechanical limb. The setting is a dark, damp, and industrial environment.
