Lycoris Recoil

A blonde girl in a red jacket stands on a balcony, then a dark-haired girl swings in on a rope, landing beside her; the scene cuts to the dark-haired girl holding a small white dog, then to the blonde girl in a different outfit, and finally to both girls walking away together through a glowing green forest.
