Deep-fryer

A large, pale, gelatinous sea creature, likely a giant isopod or similar crustacean, is submerged in murky water within a wire mesh enclosure. The creature initially floats motionless, then begins to writhe violently, its appendages thrashing and creating a large splash that obscures it from view.
