A new pastime

A man in a black fur hat and leather jacket speaks animatedly, then the scene cuts to a group of men in similar attire standing outdoors, one holding a brown object, before cutting to another man in a beige hat and scarf. The group stands together on a concrete platform under a modern structure with trees in the background, with one man gesturing while speaking.
