on the wee-wee

A young boy in a green shirt stands in a room, holding a white object with a red tip, which he appears to be trying to open or manipulate; he then looks up and bursts into loud, joyful laughter, bending forward slightly while keeping his hands clasped in front of him. The setting is a home interior with a dining table, chairs, and wall decorations visible in the background.
