Didn't get time off

A man in a dark shirt and pants stands on a grassy roadside, holding a pole and making exaggerated, dance-like movements with his arms and body. He then walks away from the pole toward a bicycle parked on the road, while the camera moves forward along the road. The scene takes place on a sunny day beside a paved road with a grassy hill and utility poles in the background.
