A mechanical sculpture features a hand holding a cigarette that emits smoke, which is drawn into a glass cylinder connected to a wooden head; the head then expels a large cloud of smoke through its mouth. The device, set against a plain wall, operates on a loop where the hand repeatedly lights the cigarette, smoke is drawn into the cylinder, and the head releases a puff of smoke.
