before/after

a before-and-after comparison of a residential street and sidewalk. In the "before" scenes, a road is shown with a white van and a dark car, and a narrow, overgrown sidewalk is blocked by fallen branches. In the "after" scenes, the road is clear and the sidewalk is cleared of debris and overgrown vegetation. The sequence concludes with a text slide in Russian that reads "Решаем вместе!" (We solve it together!).
