found him!

A man in a white suit stands in a dimly lit room, holding a phone receiver to his ear and speaking, then the scene cuts to a woman with blonde hair singing into a phone receiver, followed by a bald man in a suit also holding a phone receiver to his ear, and finally a man with dark hair looking down with his eyes closed. The setting alternates between a dark interior space, a brightly lit area with a large structure in the background, and a dimly lit office.
