Little digit

A chibi anime character with cat ears and a hood appears in a series of looping frames, initially crouching with a determined expression before being surrounded by multiple cats in various poses against a vibrant, shifting background of purple and pink light. The character's image is repeatedly framed by the cats, which appear to float or dance around it, while the background pulses with energy and the word "WI" flashes above.
